Item came with defective parts and suppliers solution is that I send the item back which burdensome and an issue! Item comes in 4 boxes that were glued shut, so they become useless once opened. Not sure why they are unable to provide replacement parts. I order 2 beds which came with 3 defects. 1st, the chest drawer has a defective drawer, 3 parts were improperly drilled, so I am unable to assemble. 2nd defect, item came with side rails with unacceptable, course with cracks all over them. 3rd the beds main support rails developed cracks when you tighten the screws, making one question the structural integrity. Supplier claims to provide replacement parts on their site, so they are clearly not reputable.

I ordered this bed for my son on November 13th because we were moving to a new house and his room was going to be on the small side. I never got an order confirmation so I called a few days later and they told me it was on backorder. It finally arrived on November 27th but the bed was the wrong color (other two boxes were in the right color). After several days of calls and emails to customer service, I was told I needed to return the wrong bed and the right one would be sent but it was on back order until Dec 16th. I am not happy with this experience at all but I have put the dresser together and the quality seems sturdy and solid so I am excited for when we finally do get the bed and my son cant wait to have a bed to sleep in.

I ordered this set back on April 18, 2021. It is now June 1st and I still have not received the set. I have tried calling multiple times and each call was responded by young women with very bad attitudes. I submitted an email back in May and received an email response informing me that someone will research the delay and get back to me. I have not heard anything from anyone with the exception of those I spoke with during my phonecards. At the time of my calls it was suggested that I cancel my purchase order and shop elsewhere. I find that to be horrible advice and poor work practices. I have attempted to speak with management only to be told supervisors do not speak with customers. Would like to know is this a real business or did I get scammed by crooks?

I ordered this bed a month ago. It said it shipped out and I got a tracking number. No one notified me Fedex cancelled the order, I found out by tracking it myself. I contacted them they said oh, it was on backorder and gave me a new ship date and said I will review confirmation when it ships. Okay no problem, its the holidays I get it. I contacted them a few after the expected ship date and they said they had to track the package then I get an email that they completely cancelled my order but wouldnt tell me why. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and noone would answer the phone. Came on here and it says everything is in stock. If its all in stock then why was my order cancelled?!.

My 6-year-old son has had his eye on this set for a year, so I finally agreed to commit to buying and assembling all this. It seems like really great quality, and you can tell from the way the parts fit together and how solid the wood feels despite being pressed wood. I did see 2 mistakes (or misleading pictures) in the instructions (dont trust the 13" separation on the bed rails), and there was 1 small flaw on the wood that I received, probably happened in manufacturing. The 3 boxes that arrived werent damaged but were very heavy and could use 2 people to lift them. Assembly took maybe 4-5 hours total for me, but Im super careful. Overall, my son is thrilled, and everything works great.

The part of the product I have actually received is nice, better quality than I expected for the price. I cannot comment on the dresser as I am yet to receive it. Customer service trying to get the issue resolved has been horrible. They do not contact me when they say they will and most of the time the phone system hangs up without even allowing me to leave a voicemail so I have to keep calling repeatedly until a person finally picks up. This review said to only comment on product, not service or shipping issues but buyer be warned, you better hope they get your order correct the first time because they are not interested in hearing about my customer service complaints over the phone.

We purchased this set in August. Shipping took a bit of time but this product has far exceeded my expectations based on some prior reviews. Assembly took some time as there are four pieces but everything was labeled, in great condition and assembly was very smooth and logical. I expected Ikea grade furniture but this is MUCH sturdier looking and feeling actually. The pieces arrived in 3 boxes, clearly labeled with easy to read directions in each. They are in super shape. My almost 11 year old is thrilled as are we! Highly recommend this product for smaller spaces and even larger ones. The price was also unbeatable. We are super pleased!

I suggest following the instructions carefully..like when it tells you to do inventory, do it, and place the parts in number order for the easiest experience. You can look at my pictures and see I didnt place the slats on the rails...It is the only part that requires measuring (no premeasured holes) for spacing and I felt it looks better without it so thats an option for you when you get to that part. The bed is worth the price and we are happy to have it for our 6y old daughter. The bed itself is solid pine which is good, but its a very soft wood and my child has already gouged a ladder rail with a metal object and weve only had the bed two days. The accessors like the dresser and the desk are cheep particle board. However, they look very nice and function well. Overall a nice space-saving bedroom solution. I wouldnt recommend it for rambunctious children, theyll have it busted in a very short time.

Overall I think that, for the price, this is a good product. Would rate higher except for the following: 1. Some of the holes that were meant to only be cut halfway through the board (for barrel nuts) were cut all the way through. Made assembly a bit more difficult. 2. The choice of putting ladder on either side was taken away because there were not hole in the proper places for putting ladder on right. The hole was on outside of leg post, not inside. I checked several times that I had proper boards in proper places, per the instructions. 3. The rails sent for one of the drawers were wrong. 2 drawers go in just fine, 3rd one not so much. Not all was bad though. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, the parts were clearly marked, and shipping was very fast. I ordered on a Thursday and it was delivered 5 days later on a Tuesday.

I have no idea what to do - we already put it together, but it looks trashy as-is. The customer service is awful. This was my first purchase with OJCommerce, and it will be my last.

The bed DOES NOT rest on the bookshelf or dresser, they are free standing and not weight bearing, so this bed allows for flexibility as far as that goes. We absolutely love this bed!

I purchased this for my 10 year old son. It was relatively easy to put together, love the color, love that its compact for a small room. Options as to where to place the desk, ladder, bookshelf and dresser was very helpful. I didnt put the dresser under the bed so now my son can build a fort under his bed (he loves this idea) and loves his new bedroom set. Only problem I had was that the directions didnt specify the distance between the guides for the desk and I wound up making it too small at first but it all worked out in the end.

Took a few weeks to get it because it was on back order and I didnt know it, but once it came in it shipped to us two days faster than they said it would. The bed frame went up faster than anything else, instructions were super easy and the tools they give you really are easy to use and everything is labeled well to make assembly smooth! Overall love it, my daughter really enjoys it. She has a small room and this bed helps organize and free up space for her! Also is high quality wood. Cant comment on durability due to her only having it for a few days but seems like it will last!

I would definitely recommend this set. It looks amazing brings lots of pieces. Assembly was easy, although desk instructions were missing but we found them online. We actually used the bookshelf next to the bed and it looks great. Not too high, railings make it safe with small opening right by the ladder. Desk is very spacious. You could still use the bottom of the bed for storing larger toys as well.

Bought this as an early Christmas present for my 11yr old. She has always wanted a bunk bed but we are very limited in space. The shelves serve more as a catch all (she has far too many books for it). The desk is used all day, everyday. While I would love to have her push it in when its not in use, it doesnt seem to ever not be used lol. The drawers could be a bit larger. She doesnt have many clothes but the ones she wears dont all fit. At 11yrs the ladder seems to be more of a recommendation than a requirement. She is lanky as all get out and uses one rung just to get high enough to over the banister. She keeps a tent on it as well so the banister cutout is blocked for the most part. How she doesnt break something getting up in the middle of the night, Ill never know. The underside serves as a wonderful storage area for her tubs of art supplies too. Overall, shes incredibly pleased with this purchase!

We bought 2 of these to replace our kids beds and it was a GREAT decision. I was nervous these would be just another particle board product and its absolutely not. Solid wood throughout with wooden dowel stability and screw/bolt construction at every vertex. I am looking for more furniture I can buy now from Naomi. I would re-buy this in a heartbeat. Bed is rated for 175 pounds and we intend on buying another Naomi product.

This bed exceeded my expectations. The wood is sturdy. It was easy to put together. I was able to put it together by myself. It comes in 4 different boxes which makes it easy to put each piece together. My granddaughter is in love with her new bed set. Excellent space saver for small rooms. The bookshelves hold a lot of books. I would recommend this for anyone with smaller bedrooms and needed space for the children to play.

Ordering was very easy, and we were able to get the bed that we ordered in just two days. Just in time for our granddaughters fourth birthday. Installation and setup was a little tricky. We actually had to take parts of it apart a number of times to get the parts in the right direction, It wasnt very clearly marand the instructions lacked a little clarity. Overall, though had a great time with many hands involved in the in the set up, and our little granddaughter was so happy with her new Bed.

To say we werent pleased with this bed was an understatement. We got it in espresso, and you can see dents and scratches all over EVERY single piece of this! Packaging clearly needs to be better. While setting the bed up, we actually had to drill new holes for the guard rail as the predrilled ones left the pieces going up and down at a slant and it was very noticable. Onto the dresser... we had to super glue 2 of the knobs on because the screws they provided only take about 3 spins on the knob and then they stripped out before they were even tight! Desk- we had to redrill almost all of the holes on one side or the other on this. It was a disaster. It was most definitely NOT a put it together yourself with the tools provided. It took us about 8 hours to get those 3 pieces complete. We havent even done the bookcase yet because who knows what issues that will have. If my son didnt love it, I would of taken it back down and sent it right back. Total nightmare. The only reason I am even giving this 2 stars is because it is still standing this morning! I ordered it Friday and it was on my porch Tuesday! 5 days for shipping something this heavy is impressive and deserves some recognition.

I ordered this furniture on July 17 and I have not received it yet. No signal from OJ commerce. Very poor customer support experience until then although I already tried to contact them through their web contact form. I will try to call the customer support tomorrow. I can assure you the delivery takes largely more than 1-2 business days anyway! (how longexactly I dont know yet)

This is got to be the worst e-commerce experience we ever had! The company is non responsive, plagued with delays upon delays. They do not honor shipping gifts to different address than the billing address (like Amazon and e-bay do!). Bed is way late and no update received yet...will never buy from them again! Our hope is that the shipment to arrive eventually with no damage!

I ordered 2 of these beds before Thanksgiving. One of the main reasons I ordered from this website is because these were said to ship within 4 days of ordering. Over a month later, still no beds, still no shipping confirmation and no communication from this company. If you are wanting anything in a timely manner I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Took more than a month to get it when it said that it was in stock contacted customer service numerous times and always told a different estimated shipping date, go somewhere else if you want a faster and smooth purchase.

The bed portion is nice and for the most part pretty solid and smelled like fresh wood. The parts for the desk and bookshelf has a horrible odor that can only be described as a chemical like smell. Some pieces of the desk came damaged and customer service sent new pieces. Even the new pieces that were sent have the same smell. I have had these pieces sitting out in a back mud room hoping to air out for over 2 months. So my daughter has been begging for the rest of her setup to be built and I cant come to bring this in for her to sleep and play around. Cleaned it several times and the smell is still there after 8 to 9 weeks if being open and in back room. It was the white bed and customer service said smell should dissipate within 3 days. Unfortunately not the case and sits unused.

Honestly Id leave a 0 star review if I could. I ordered it November 30th 2020. Did not get shipped till January 19th. When I ask customer service when it will ship Im told a date, expecting it to ship that date just to call 2 weeks later and told a different ship date. This went on for almost 2 months. Not once did anyone apologize or explain why it wouldnt ship but online says in stock and was told thats for people to buy. My one and only purchase from this place ever. Very unhappy.
